I would say Thred should get the Micorsoft plugin correctly and work on that as number one priority. Since that opens up millions of users who are IT literate and better users, who needs less education than a normal user. These Office365 users know the ins and outs of systems.

Also successful Microsoft plugin will make sure this company never fails.
