I would be most surprised if ICN doesn't make a much anticipated ann very soon re the MOU.

Is it to be extended?
Is it to be converted into a SPA?
Has it died a natural?

Not long to wait. Watch volumes.

Nearly 2 million yesterday on the buy side above .18 hoping for a dump that didn't happen. They have been withdrawn (so far). Be interesting to see if those buyers come back in today and do some buying at the going rates.

P.S. BPT should have reached target depth in 218 by now and be interesting to see when they plan to release results, especially the upper section in which ICN has a 33% interest.
