I have a feeling that this MOU may died naturally....but I don't foresee it as a very negative news as the current sp seems to have priced in the deal will not be converted into SPA.
On deeper thoughts, perhaps a new MOU or other form of aggrements will be signed upon the MOU expiry with sinogas?
I will be focusing more on Jan 2011
