A couple of years ago, I held some HGR (former ticker of SBN) stock and profited quite nicely on a run up based on Mexico business.

Anyways, I sold out because I saw a better opportunity (TZL) and have held that stock since. TZL's stock price has also been hit hard, from 7.20 down to a current 96c. As a believer in the technology, I kept on buying to bring my average down to around $2.50.

It only recently came to light as to the reasons why the stock was hit so hard (afterall TZ were targeting a $50billion market with no competitors!).

Basically, the former chairman (along with the rest of the board) also had their snouts in the trough, and were trying to destroy the company. They sabotaged deals, stole money, reported incorrect cash balances, and finally defaulted on a major interest payment, trying to take TZ into liquidation.

    THE PLAN?

Well the plan was to buy the company's IP VERY cheaply, and therefore have majority ownership, as opposed to the 1-2% they have now.

Thanks to some astute major shareholders (with big contacts), fought to have the saboteurs removed, and in their place brought in a board headed by none other than Mark Bouris. Next week , TZ should come out of suspension with a business update, and results of some forensic accounting.

Anyways, how this was all achieved can be seen on the TZL thread (see posts since end of March or www.tzinvestors.com).

The reason I wanted to post this was to show you that if you truly believe in SBN's technology, and cannot understand it's failures to commercialise, sometimes there can be a very very big reason for this. Have any of you tried to replace the board by way of an EGM+vote?

    Good luck to all.
