I was reading over some of their information on their website (again) and found the Cape Town Conference presentation.

The statement at the end of the second last page sums it up for me (at the time the MC was $12.8 million).

Looking into the future...
End of 2012 - PFS & FS completed & funding finalised.
End of 2013 - Mine constructed.
End of 2014 - F/yr production & early retirement for some.
