I for one would never accuse you of up or down ramping. The way I see it, you make a call on what you think a stock is going to do based on many variables ie current price, who is running the show, what they plan on getting in to. Nothing wrong with that. It reminded me of someone who got booted called James Liu (some here may remember him), he often referred to smoke signals, well this about to catch fire imho.
