Not sure if anybody saw a little write up on UNW (as part of a bigger article on TLS) yesterday, mentioning Intel's conv. notes holding that are exerciseable at 45c.
One of the rumours doing the rounds in the market is that Intel might convert these notes at 45c and thus inject more equity into UNW. Whilst this is only a rumour, the strength in the stock over the last couple of days indicates that something could be brewing. Seems like a good chance of seeing 45c soon :)))
