I haven't really looked into that in any detail. I have a copy of FCharts Pro (about $179, from memory) which I find very useful for drawing quick pitchforks. It allows me to drag the pivot points after drawing to new locations so I can see immediately what impact other options would produce.
The developer is based in Perth and is currently doing a re-write of the entire application from scratch, taking suggestions from current users via his website. Both Totterdell91 and I have suggested how he might beef up the pitchfork charting component by inclusion of Fibonacci ratios, etc. Most other package I have looked at cost a great deal more, so I would keep an eye out for the new version of FCharts (www.spacejock.com) due I think around March 2010 or so.
Note: I have no affiliation with the developer Simon Haynes, nor do I have any financial interests in his products. I simply appreciate good, cheap tools that meet my needs.
Regards, Bones
