Judging by their actions they seem to be people after easy money without much consideration for standards or business practices. So, expect them to do whatever they can to obstruct the smooth running of things.
Obviously that one option is to buy them out, but there seems to exist also the possibility of exploring some other options, inclusive the option of bringing the management of Stone to collaborate with you. Or if you prefer, of alining Stone's management interests with those of FML.
