stones options are simple.

sit with 15% of CRE and stump up megabucks knowing FML are taking a slice off the top on 100k oz production at $12-$1400 cash cost per ounce historic cost.

OR take 3-4% of FML and get the upside on 230koz with fml's 130koz being produced at around $900 oz or less i.e. twice the CRE margin at current prices.(currently $1.4+ m weekly at 2000oz/week before capital expenses)and with every Likelyhood FML will develop CRE as economically as itself given CASH and FREEDOM to do so the FML way.

we know after 2yrs what'll happen to CRE tenements if no further exploration is evident,or it doesn't raise enough income or capital to move and that is ceasing of milling,if the gold price drops below $1200 and NO BUYER FOR AN ORPHANED 15% will miraculously arrive then either.

By then FML tenements will be firmly entrenched at around $800/oz or less if higher grade ore is found ANYWHERE,even just more pit ore.

REMEMBER-THIS CRE MOVE WAS ONLY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE GOLD PRICE FOR THE NEXT FEW YEARS(read 2)and the tax advantages thrown in with the deal.
Deny FML one,they'll still take the other,but as a milking exercise only for the quick buck as creditor and manager and not for longterm survival of CRE.
They have made that plain in the bidders statement,that CRE would then be run in the best interests and direction of CRE's major shareholder FML.

Option 3 - convert and sell on the 2c rise that will follow resolution of the takeover.
