That is a very negative view of the Lynas future however it is yours and good luck to you if you trade that view.

Basically NC is stating we are good to go now and that all conditions have been met satisfactorily. The Malaysian Govt underestimated the groundswell of support the anti Lynas political opposition via activists created so stepped back and reviewed and investigated. They now are actively looking to send out the message that all scientific evidence confirms that the LAMP is safe and Lynas are confident that they will hear something positive in the near future.
In short, we have been delayed for months due to political concerns not the LAMP. Before we start slamming the politicians involved, consider what has happened in Australia recently when Gillard had to buy support from the independents. We have put things into place which her own supporters didn't agree with to ensure she stays at the helm so we are no better. Doesn't make it right but it is the fact.
Bright side is the PR out of Malaysia is turning to the positive and that is what the politicians are seeking so we cant be far off getting this thing put to bed. Just a pity that some online journo got the facts out of NC first not the shareholders.
