Now that BSM are nearly up and running will we start to see some movement on the $5m "throughput" payment owing to us? Perhaps INL can at least give us an update on that as its imminent!!??
or can they negotiate a payout settlement with BSM for something less than $5m (although I see that BSM need most of their cash and some debt to complete production readiness)
Also while I'm writing... would like to hear how the chinese visit went and whether anything came of it (hoping they might be our financial saviour, but not holding my breath... well maybe a little.
This is now a minor (very small) portion of my portfolio that my care factor is diminishing fast. However that was not by design!
