Perhaps the knobheads in management might see fit to offer the company in a shot gun marriage to someone with an asset they've said they wanted.
Someone that has the cash to settle the debts.

Right now the company I'm thinking seems to have good, smart management and sold an asset at the top of the market so has the cash to help.

Only issue is that the management of this company should be smart enough not to accept the pathetic advances of these idiots.

Anyway the company I'm thinking of is NHC.
They have $2billion in cash, I'm sure they could buy the company for 50c a share or do some sort of 5-6 OZL for 1 NHC share.

Only issues are the NHC is primarily owned by Soul Pattinson who'd be tough to persuade to get involved I think. They don't stay in business for 115+ years by being dumb.
