To any GDN Holders, I received the following email from Marie McGann form the BLM and I quote,
Dear (My Name), Our Petroleum Engineer received a package fromJohn Haselby just this morning( Monday 21 July). He has not yet had a chance to varify whether or not the dificiences have been corrected yet, but he will look at the documents as soon as possible.
We recently sent a certified letter to Golden Eagle informing them that all deficiencies must be corrected within 15 business days of receipt of the letter. This time frame expires on 5th August. Marie McGann BLM Moab Field Office.
