Thanks for the post, really helped me understand Company option shares better.
I do have one question, when converting to normal shares is it a one to one conversion.
SAY I bought option shares at 55c and to convert them is 28.5c, I have X amount of shares at 83.5c in the company. Now say the company share price is at 120c, have I just made a 50ish% increase in my initial investment just by converting them ?
Hope this question makes sense.
