I am all spent too. My last bargain buy was on Oct 15th when the price dropped dramatically only to bounce straight back again. If I had the spare $ I would be buying more. Maybe I should sell some more banks and OXR to fund a purchase. No margin loan left. No cash in the bank, spent quite a bit buying houses last year.
