I managed to accumulate mine for a 6.7c average. This one is another HDR, I managed to get in that at 7c but sold all in the 20's, haven't made that mistake here but I have sold down more than I wish I had lol (hindsight being 20/20).

I always said this would buy me a house, well the house has been mine 3 yrs, AVM took too long to get going properly but she sure tought me patience. She may not have paid for my house but she's gonna pay for the extension!

Considering the journey I tip my hat to any of you that have stayed the distance, it took fortitude and balls of brass. Let's hope it keeps going.
