What you are looking at by the way is a text book "cup and handle" formation developing on the weekly charts. I'm not trying to predict anything as charting is just about probabilities of past patterns reoccuring better than a 50-50 coin toss. But google the term and I think you will be pleasantly surprised of what CPL is capable of doing in the near future if my assumptions are correct. If you are saying the fundamentals are good and this is manifesting itself in the charts then this is a very positive sign that ducks are lining up from both technical and fundamental camps. Goodluck!
