Agreed. Although, with the AGM due on the 12th, I'd be a little surprised (but not at all shocked) if they timed another CR too close to that event without at least providing some offsetting positive news.
This year they've broken with tradition by holding the AGM in mid-Oct, rather than late-Nov. That's part of why I'm beginning to think they might have gone early with the Aug CR this time around. It's all guesswork, really.
