a probity query

Hi all, on 21st of Jan many of us, long holders of the RFX, came to this query that wow on earth the price had jumpped scratching our heads...while partially happy that the sp had gone up and covered fraction of massive losses occured over years, but also baffled and clueless to what is going on. The RFX responded to this genuine question by saying they were not aware of any information that should have been available to the market that could have explain the sp rise at the time... what a lie!
Now, we all know that there were some information and some took the advantage. How all these work if someone could explain please. Are there any probity rules in ASX or i should shut up and say it is what it is!
