It sounds like good advice you are giving.... but.... several years ago I supported a shareholder in his actions against a company (all the way to an action in the Takeovers Panel). I have personal experience of some of the inner processes of ASIC.... disappointing doesn't even begin to cover it. (the new guy Shipton, who was brought in to make things work, was himself pinged for claiming $100k of expenses to which he wasn't eligible... )

What @BigDaniel had to say is for practical purposes correct... you have to be your own defender.

I have discovered that those investments/companies which have never given me cause to question have also been, by far, the very best. .... and in fact, although they are hard to find there is also plenty enough of them around.

RFX is still on a watchlist for me and I will due some DD .... but after seeing what is blatantly obvious 'leaky ship syndrome' I am in no hurry about it.
