I like the what the company does and it's got a promising future... but before I reinvest I will be carrying out some indepth DD on management and just make sure I actually like them.
Whatever the story is it will never be made public nor will it be investigated... such is the way of things. My approach is, if I have any qualms I walk away. I have no patience and zero tolerance for opaque happenings.
