If they prove up a decent resource with a future growth strategy then they will grow, their will be nothing you can do about it.
If they dont then this might be fairly priced atm.

management cant work miracles, they can only prove up the resource they have and get into production and plan the future, this all takes time. If you cant wait then sell and get into something that you can wait for them to develop.
