Hey Super, I do see what most are talking about but I also think a majority of the information is covered in the prospectus. The only thing that the likes of Bioshares analysts do is try and glean a bit more out of the company than what the company wishes to make a hawked upon Public announcement. This really is common place on the ASX with analysts digging deep and expecting an answer, if management aren't accomodating then they can run the risk of coverage being stopped by said analyst and hence less backing/support by potential shareholders who follow the analyst.

I'm sure most have seen or heard of this over the years, certain brokerage houses etc stop coverage because they are told nothing at all, so the analyst decides to stop any coverage/support. One stock I held a while back, IDL, was one such stock and institutional support dried up due to the above circumstances, it takes a long time to crawl back for support.

I guess it has to come down to reading into the reports and seeing the hypertheticals that are reported, best case, worst case scenarios reported. While that is what management are thinking at that specific time doesn't mean that they want it written in stone with an ASX announcement when the absolute details could change at any given moment.

It's obvious that TIS didn't get the deal they wanted, as far as percentage of sales, so with the exact reasoning the potentials have given to low ball the offer management have come back with their secondary plan to help take those concerns/leverage away from the negotiations and put us on a firmer footing going forward with a lot more control of our destiny. I would have liked to be a fly on the wall at some of these potential partners meeting rooms after they found out that TIS are stengthening the balance sheet now and are taking control of the leverage these guys had over TIS, I reckon the concerns of potentially losing VitroGro to another has now stepped up a notch.

Anyway just my thoughts.
