Applications for the CCP Technologies Limited (CT1) Share Purchase Plan (SPP) close on Tuesday 19 December 2017.
CCP Technologies recently sent out a Prospectus inviting you to participate in a Share Purchase Plan. Under the offer, you can apply for up to $15,000 worth of new shares at a price of 2.3 cents per share, free from brokerage and other transaction costs.
The Share Purchase Plan follows a recent successful placement to sophisticated investors at the same price which raised $500,000. The Company is seeking to raise a maximum of $1 million from the SPP.
CCP Technologies recently announced it has signed a Reseller Agreement with Channon Refrigeration. Channon Refrigeration supplies refrigeration equipment and services to a large range of businesses including hotels, clubs, cafes, breweries, restaurants, supermarkets, fast-food chains, including Clubs Australia.
Funds raised under the Placement and SPP will be used to fund the expansion of the Company’s sales and marketing effort in both domestic and overseas markets, as well as to support other working capital requirements.
Applications close at 5.00pm (Sydney time) on 19 December 2017. If you wish to participate in the SPP, you can:
Pay online using BPAY (please allow sufficient time for funds to clear if paying by BPAY). If you make your payment using BPAY, you do not need to return your Application Form.
OR complete, sign and return your Application Form with payment so that it reaches us by the closing date.

Worrying when the Company does not even know that a Share Plan is not a Prospectus or is there other reasons for such a simple mistake.
