You'd wonder why they'd bother with the BOTS. This stock is so illiquid they are almost certainly going to give away more than they will gain. That's how I've accumulated a percentage of my position over the last 3-4 months.
Whoever is trying to manipulate/accumulate has until a decision comes forward from the LNP on uranium mining and I'd expect that to come fairly soon, just as it did in WA. Queensland needs to fire up its economy ASAP.
