Stay sharp! Could go into trading halt tomorrow as the appeal hearing resumes. Although if it does what it did last time, the halt didn't happen until the day before the judgement was due to be published, which was about 2 weeks after the hearings finished.
Again, I would expect some swift upside if CMQ are successful in the appeal, but I'm going to wait until that actually happens rather than risking everything on an unlikely outcome.
Beware of the pump & dump action of yesterday, could easily have been caused by someone buying in around 5c with $100k, thus generating a spike in price and volume of 2mil shares. Daytraders spotting the large percentage increase and volume then start buying, driving up the price even more, then Mr $100k sells out at around 10c making a quick $100k profit.
The fall today and lower volume would seem to indicate that's what happened.
