you have 2 different bodies in motion snuff,the interior one is not travelling at the speed of light but is WITHIN the body travelling at the speed of light therefore its speed in this case is the speed of walking,similarly we move thru space as a galaxy around 6 million miles per week yet have no awarness of the motion,it can only be observed.
