    Fair enough that you don't worry - its only a single point and not worth blowing out of proportion for just AVZ.

    From my standpoint I am not worried, I just anticipate the practical knowledge (of how to tease apart the actual ownership question) once acquired would be useful again and again in a variety of stocks.
