Just to summize and correct me if i'm wrong.
The litigation is with directors but not over mco.
The quality of the ground is not in dispute even though the execution was amateurish.
Mco are out of money but there are people still looking to invest in it.
The gold in groung is valued at over $1.2 billion and the shafts already there would cost many millions if it was virgin groung.
Mco have no major debt so not likely to go into administration.
So option is raise some money by reissuing options to keep the lights on and wait at own terms and when conditions improve or rush and issue millions at 8 or 9 cents.
I would wait for the new year.Gold is $A1140 now but next year who knows.
Just as GBG had a capital injection last week at higher price than the sp i await to see what sort of balls NG has and if it means retaining control or making money even it means ceding control to experts.
