a question for the agm

Shareholders were told that that this year’s Annual General Meeting will be held at Ground Floor, 107-111 High Street, Prahran, Victoria, Australia, on Friday, 29 November 2013 at 4:00pm.

I am wondering whether Richard Li will tell the meeting:

1) Whether there are any paying advertiser on the free Wifi at Flinders Street Station (I saw none last Friday)? If so, which companies are currently paying fees to GCN for their advertising.

2) Why there is no paid advertising on GCN's www.uctv.fm?

It is not a case of promised rivers of gold flowing lower than expected. It looks as if there are now just arid riverbeds.

If he doesn't explain this seeming calamity in his Chairman's address, then I think he should be asked by a shareholder under 'Any Other Business'.

I can't attend the meeting myself because at this moment I am not a shareholder, nor do I live in Melbourne.

Is there a shareholder here prepared to ask these questions and report back to us?
