I would like to know (if the bears are willing to share) what are the property bears currently investing in? I have read some of you have $millions in term deposits waiting to grab property at a 40-60% discount, but seriously what are the rest of you investing in currently? ASX, art, stamps, overseas, the $? or what, I am interested to know as a large portion of you seem highly inteligent and I would be keen to know where I could invest should I either sell or borrow against a property.
I am serious and not sarcastic, so please no comments about how I can't sell a property if I wanted to or how mad I would be to borrow against it. I did join the forum to learn...
