I have been retired since age 45. I trade the Stock Market and have currently diversifying into UK property.

I have recently bought two houses in London and an old Victorian “gem” in the country built by a Mill owner in 1900. This baby is my ‘House on the Hill’.....
The area was known to have been resided by what locals used to call “Silver Ass” (translation- with a bit of money).
The two in London are rented out unencumbered.

I see no value in Australian property and have prepared myself to sit this one out.

Sitting mostly in cash atm.
Also, quite a bit of (cash) put away in SMSF.
