The concern with such a large majority holding by company directors is that they can easily profit from the an announcement that they know will be coming, by selling a large stake at a high.
The SP will then drop as a result, and they may reinvest after the fall.
Another small cap family-run business did the above last year. The brothers sold 30% of their stake and made $9M each when the SP was above $0.30. The SP prior to a few announcements was only $0.02 and now the SP of that company is sitting around $0.07.
