I'll have a go although just guessing....

In terms of supporting the share price, difficult one - if PEN are to use this equity facility, the lower the SP at the time of the drawdown the more shares recieved by Pala...

In terms of the whether they would ensure that they hold onto their shares, I would say this would be unlikley given no Escrow period was mentioned in the ann. This would be a real bonus and would have been in there if it was part of the deal in my opinion.

Not trying to be negative here - PEN is the biggest slice of my portfolio and has been for a while.

Just my thoughts, interested in what others think.
