how thick are they?
Tonight's were particularly thin and that seems to exaggerate the problem. You can't cook a thin steak long.
I've got to be careful here, if I start "telling" the lady what to buy and here to buy it she will quickly reply that I'm welcome to do the shopping. Guys, I'm a mechanic, not a caterer.
