    Hi hanrahan ... simple mate .. for two people,

    Take the plastic off and leave meat in the tray .. get a bottle of soy sauce and a desert spoon over each steak .. rub it in and turn over .. rub again.

    Now turn on MEDIUM heat only .. wait a minute for pan to warm and gently put one steak on .. it will sizzle a little.

    The Soy will caramelise and seal your meat .. and add nice flavour.

    Turn when meat brown and 3 mins other side .. same for second serve.

    Remember .. one steak at a time and MEDIUM heat for 4 mins and turn once.

    Let steaks REST for 5 mins before serving ... enjoy.

    P.S. Like everything in life .. needs to be done slowly.
