ahjay says I don't understand how this got to be such a mess but why is so muchof this water system allowed to flow out into the ocean?
I think one reason for for the MDB "Plan" being so extreme that a wide range of people are in recent times advocating an end or severe cut backs to environmental flows - is that the plan was formulated in the shadows of the wet years 2010-2011.
