Pardon me for naievity here, are you saying the traders miss out? Or are you saying all 'mums and dads' miss out?

They/we are not forced to sell under a consolidation scheme this are they/we - ie is there a minimum holding/marketable holding?

Or is it about a decline in share price? If the latter then wouldn't that affect everyone?

Isn't the plan if they make it to development to rake in money and pay dividends thus determining the worth of the company and it's shares?

On the matter of minimum holding/marketable holding and using FAR as it stands as an example would you be willing to hazard a guess at what would constitute a 'mum & dad' investor?
