Cityindex are quite good as they are direct market access so the prices reflect the real prices. They dont make a market. Low commission and for Jan and Feb they had a commission free deal on equity CFDs. There is no exchange fee if you make 10 trades a month.
I found FP Markets pretty good when I was accounting hunting. Maybe have a look at their website also.
