    The following I have shamelessly pasted from another site;

    PHL
    Breakdown of shares:
Existing shares as at the date of the Prospectus 6,774,187
Shares issued under the Prospectus 64,000,000
    Vendor shares 27,050,800
    Settlement of debt 1,593,751
Settlement of various creditors and employees 2,716,000
Total shares on issue after offer 102,134,738

    Points from this:

27,050,800 shares issued to the vendors of businesses sold which are subject to 12 month escrow until 29 November 2003
*So it couldn't be the vendors selling today

2,676,000 shares issued to various consultants and employees which are subject to a 24 month escrow period ending on 29 November 2004.
*So it couldn't be the creditors and employees selling (bar 40,000; 2,716,000-2,676,000 = 40,000)

64,000,000 shares issued to the general public
*Most people wouldn't sell a stock below the issue price on the first day (Why buy into a float if you don't believe the stock is worth what they are asking / what you just paid?)

6,774,187, shares issued to Existing shares as at the date of the Prospectus
    *Possible sellers

1,593,751 shares issues to Settlement of debt
*Creditors don't believe in "blue sky". They are the most likely seller today (possibly they sold using Findlay -1000000 or Euroz -628613)

    Points for Monday,
*Just over 2.5 Million shares where sold and not bought back
*Factoring the above point the "Settlement of debt" players are most likely gone
*Factoring the above point the "Existing shares as at the date of the Prospectus" players may have sold about 1/4 of holders
