The way I understand it is that if some large shareholders of EXT do not take the offer because they think it is undervalued and the Chinese don't get their 90%, then they might come back with a higher offer to convince the shareholders to sell to them.
Orion, its true what you said about another external offer, but the Chinese themselves may have to up their offer to buy everyone out.
