From my understanding it doesn't make any difference. If Taurus get enough shares - and I believe unfortunately they already have - then the takeover will go through and you will receive the funds for your shares at the price of $8.65. It makes sod all difference except personal pigheadedness but I'm not accepting !!!!
Personally, I think it is daylight robbery. This company is worth close to $20, we've been suckered and I'm very disappointed the management caved in like they have after banging on for ages about their determination to take the project to production. I hope they enjoy their payoffs.
