    OK - in an ideal world maybe EXT would have gone for $15+, but there are a few things that went against it:

    1. The Uranium price. A spot price languishing around $50 isn't good.

    2. Fukushima - say no more.

    3. A very large shareholder. KAH was a very large tail that wagged this dog and basically called the tune throughout.

    4. Size. Arguably the project was so big that it limited the number of potential buyers.

    If you've held this stock for years take the money and thank your good fortune for having been part of this great story.

    If you bought this stock when it was over $8.65 in the hope that it was going to $20, take the money, buy a bottle of scotch and drown your sorrows.

    Personally, I wish I'd sold this time last year - but you can't have everything.
