I have a question for the intellectually less challenged than I!!.....and this is theoretical of course.....TTE has options exercisable at 3 cents in 2015. What happens if TTE decided today to do a share consolidation ...say....2 for 1....halving the registry and let's say the SP goes to 3 cents because of that consolidation. Are the 3 cent options automatically 'in the money' or are things more complicated than that......don't bark at me guys....it's an innocent question!!
