Glencore owns 50% of MRE. Their buying cost was 5cents pre-consolidation. Post $1.50.
Institutions own 25%. I believe Instos bought them at $2.90. They will not be selling cheap.
Any t/o should have atleast 75% support.
Therefore, I believe, it will not be easy for Glen to t/o cheaply.
