Would seem like a strange strategy to me. There seem to be buyers ready to take up the shares even down into the low $1.30 region.
The small parcels appear at a discount to the prevailing sp and I don't think that the seller is that generous. To my way of thinking the seller is either selling down then buying up and then offloading at a higher price or the seller is accumulating at the lower prices.
Just my opinion.
