Well yeah but what's quick? Governments are going to need to raise revenue. Companies are going to need to raise Capital. Even solid companies may suspend dividends. Should dumps in decent suburbs really be costing 15 times gross annual salaries?
Hard for me to see how FY21 isn't going to be more about stabilisation of balance sheets (household, corporate and government) rather than a return to the first half of FY19.
