Are you familar with the principle of legal entity demarcation?
Its quite useful for determining who and what is in scope for each juridical proceeding, otherwise it would become a dogs breakfast... a bit like most of the thinking in posts by non shareholders. It has nothing to do with the claim ISX Ltd has brought against the ASX. Simple stuff.
