    Hi all

    If I was a director of EMS I would be happy to re-issue priority options to existing option holders if only for one reason - that is there is no guarantee given the history of delays that have beset EMS that the director options will be in the money by June and by protecting the existing December option holders it would set a precedent to have their options rolled over as well in that was to be the case
